Nelson is a fishing paradise. Our sturdy fishing boats are fully equipped with rod holders, live bait tanks, and comfortable seating, perfect for chasing bream, estuary perch, or mulloway.
Make memories together on the river. Choose from a range of boats to suit families, groups, and couples — all with shade covers and safety gear.
Take the wheel and cruise the Glenelg River your way. No license required for most of our boats — we’ll show you everything you need to know before setting off.
There is no boat licence required and no launching. Boats will be launched from Simsons Landing in Nelson.
The rates are as followed:
0-2hrs $160. Additional hours over 2 hours $50 per hour.
Min 2 hours.
Boats are licenced to carry up to 6 people. Comes with all safety equipment, lifejackets & fuel.
Terms & Conditions apply:
– Security Deposit: $250AUD (Refundable upon return of vessel in original condition).
– 0-2hrs payable on booking. Balance due on day of booking.
Cancellation Policy:
– Only Casuarina Boat Hire can cancel due to unsafe weather conditions, no fees will apply.
Cancellations & no-shows after deposit is paid will incur the following: Weekdays: 48 hours notice required. Weekends/Schools Holidays/Public Holidays: 72 hours notice required.
Late Cancellation Fee is deposit paid/forfeited.
